Because all of our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. We are happy to assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

To be eligible, you must:

Provide clear photos of the issue (including the full item and close-ups)

Keep the original item (returns are typically not required)
Once approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Because each item is custom printed just for you, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
