At Heavenly Jewell's Printing & Graphics, each item is made especially for you. Please review the details below for production and shipping timelines.


📦 PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All products are print-on-demand.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Custom or large orders may require additional processing time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


🚛 SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once production is complete, orders are shipped using standard carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by location)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


📍 SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


📦 TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs fees

  • Duties

  • Taxes imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.


⚠️ DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly assist with a replacement or resolution.
